Information for Amateur Radio Clubs

Thank you for your interest in JOTA.

JOTA in Victoria is coordinated by the SRESU under the supervision of the State Leader – Communication Technologies.

How can our club get involved?

JOTA/JOTI must be organised by a Scout Group. If you club would like to get involved, please get in touch with your local Scout Group or contact our JOTA Coordinator and we will assist finding a group.

We ask that all participants from your club MUST hold a current Working With Children Check (WWC). All trainers and assessors including JOTA / JOTI operators must be committed to protecting our young people. You may apply for the WWC online at www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au

Registration

The national VK JOTI-JOTA Portal is where you register your attendance as a participant (radio operator, leader, helper) and provide details about your site. This portal is a great place to not only share what your site is doing but to see what is happening at sites across the country. Please visit vkjotijota.com.

Thank you in advance for your support of Jamboree on the Air and Jamboree on the Internet!
